As we scale, we are looking for a high-performing business development professional to help drive our expansion within the financial adviser market. 


Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Stropro’s network of financial advisers, dealer groups, and wealth managers. This role focuses on business development, adviser engagement, and relationship management, ensuring that advisers can seamlessly access Stropro’s structured product solutions for their clients.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adviser Engagement: Build and manage relationships with financial advisers, educating them on alternative investment solutions, with a particular focus on structured investments.

  • Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand Stropro’s adviser distribution.

  • Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance on Stropro’s investment capabilities.

  • Market Expansion: Leverage existing industry networks and proactively engage new financial advisers and brokers.

  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Maintain a pipeline of adviser relationships, ensuring consistent relationship development to support business growth.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and marketing teams to support adviser needs and enhance their experience.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 7-10+ years in business development, distribution, or sales within wealth management, private banking, or asset management.

  • Adviser Network: Strong existing relationships with financial advisers, dealer groups, and private wealth firms.

  • Investment Knowledge: Deep understanding of structured products, alternative investments, and portfolio construction.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and converting adviser relationships into active users.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively to financial professionals.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to develop new adviser relationships.
