We are looking for a motivated, diligent and self-directed individual to support our distribution team. The role of Director of Private Clients will involve enhancing and executing the distribution strategy, the acquisition of accredited investors and building a portfolio of active investors.

We’re looking for an experienced candidate who has an interest in investing, has strong financial markets knowledge and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate takes a high degree of accountability, values collaboration and has a hunger for personal growth.

Position Summary:

The role will involve the distribution of investment products on the Stropro Platform to wholesale, sophisticated and professional investors (accredited), namely high net-worth individuals and family offices. 

The role will require you to: 

  • Enhance and execute on Stropro’s distribution strategy.

  • Build a portfolio of accredited investors onto the Stropro platform with a focus on actively growing their investment portfolio.

  • Facilitate the ideation of new investment ideas between accredited investors and the investment team. 

  • Thought leadership and working with media & publications to raise Stropro’s profile in market

Position Summary:

  • 5-10 years+ financial services experience working directly with investment products and high net worth clients

  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles 

  • Demonstrable investment network across distribution channels

  • A degree in finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution.


This role will include a salary, incentive structure and access to the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP).

The Stropro Office is centrally located within Sydney’s CBD. You will have access to our founders, board, investment committee and investor community. Stropro strongly supports flexible working arrangements.
