The platform has recently experienced exceptional growth and is looking to accelerate client acquisition. We are looking for a motivated, diligent and self-directed individual to support our distribution team. The role of Client Success Associate will require qualifying client prospects, demonstrating Stropro’s platform capabilities to prospective clients, the onboarding of accredited investors, responding and directing investor enquiries.

Position Summary:

The role will involve the prospecting, qualifying and onboarding of accredited investors onto the Stropro platform.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include:

 

  • Digital communication with investors on the platform using a range of communications tools such as Live-Chat, Video-Chat, email and phone. 

  • Build trust and rapport with new prospects and investors on the platform. 

  • Educate investors about the company, our products and service offering. 

  • Empower investors to become confident and engaged users of the platform through Platform Demonstrations. 

  • Collect information from investor conversations which can assist the private client team to have informed conversations.  

  • Respond to investor queries in a timely manner and resolve issues quickly. 

  • Provide regular feedback to the business on the investor experience to help enhance technology and product teams to enhance features and the digital user experience.  

 

 

Skill and Experience requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience working in financial services roles, preferably within either wealth management, investment product management and/or client relationship management. 

  • Experience at a fintech, wealth platform, e-commerce or technology enterprises where digital onboarding and engagement was the primary focus. 

  • Knowledge in financial markets is desired but not necessary. 

  • Experience in sales support within a fund manager, advisory firm, bank or superannuation fund would be desired..

  • A degree in finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution. 

 

Remuneration:

This role will include a salary and a bonus structure. 

Based within a few hundred meters of Martin Place, the Stropro Office is centrally located within Sydney’s CBD. You will have access to our founders, board, investment committee and investor community. Stropro strongly supports flexible working arrangements.
