Stropro is an alternatives investment platform that launched in December 2019. The platform is experiencing strong growth with current clients and we are looking for the right individual to take ownership to lead marketing strategy and initiatives as we scale the company.
We are focused on expanding the access to quality alternative investment offerings as we believe they should play a larger role in the portfolios of Australian investors.
Over the last year, we have grown to over 900+ investors and have partnered with leading global investment banks and next-generation alternative fund managers.
Our investment products are responsive to investor needs. We offer enhanced income, growth and tactical global investment opportunities that unlock the portfolios of Australian investors. The founders and directors of Stropro co-invest alongside our clients and strive to deliver exceptional investment offerings from a risk & return perspective.
We are looking for an individual with an interest in wealth management and a hunger to grow and a willingness to 'think outside the box'. Your key metric will be client acquisition through running content, digital experiments and traditional forms of marketing, including roadshows, roundtables and partnership with industry to elevate our brand presence.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to join a growing fintech company that is revolutionising the investment experience for self-directed high net-worth investors, advisers and family wealth.
Develop and lead the marketing strategy utilising both digital channels and traditional campaigns to accelerate client acquisition. We think the strategy will include:
Social media strategy
Event strategy (including our events and industry)
Email marketing campaign (Hubspot is our CRM)
Liaising with key stakeholders (PR team, shareholders, clients, industry leaders, investment platforms) to develop insights-driven marketing campaigns required to acquire the right type of clients to the platform
Collaborate with Product and Sales Team to identify and optimise the key messages and collateral that will attract new clients
Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns - identify opportunities to optimise activities.
Skill and Experience requirements:
3-5 years+ experience working in marketing developing and implementing campaigns that drive pipeline using; social media, EDMs, digital advertising, paid search, webinars, sponsorships, and investor events/roadshows
Able to demonstrate growth-marketing ability and capability
Experience building and/or managing a marketing stack
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, find insights, and act upon them
Proven ability to work autonomously, with demonstrated ability to show ownership and execution
Strong communication skills
Skilled in writing and producing content and advertising copy
Experience at a fintech, wealth platform or e-commerce company where digital onboarding and engagement was the primary focus is highly desired, but not essential!
This role will include a salary, bonuses and access to the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP).
